Hello ID. - A New Companion

The all-electric ID.3 is the first Volkswagen with a CO2-neutral footprint.

During its construction focusing on energy efficiency and the use of exclusively externally certified electricity from renewable sources.

Emissions are avoided where possible. The emission rate in construction, which can not be avoided to date, is increasingly reduced and offset by certified climate change projects.

After delivery, you can drive the ID.3 with low CO2 emissions while enjoying the advantages of eco-mobility while taking care of the environment.

The ID.3 brings you a connection with your vehicle like never before.

It recognizes you when you approach the vehicle with the key with the optional ‘Keyless Advanced’ locking and starting system.

The stylish Matrix LED headlights light up briefly as if they were winking at you, making the ID.3 seem almost human.

The ID.Light inside makes you feel welcome immediately.

When you start, the vehicle makes a little sound to get you in the mood to get started. When you leave your ID.3, the ID.Light says goodbye with a light signal.

Terms & Conditions

Driver
  • The driver must be over 25 years old and up to 70 years old
  • A valid driving license held for at least three years is required.
  • The driving license can be issued from Greece, European Union, or the driver can hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). The driver must hold a valid credit card, under his/her name, for all necessary payments and settlement of final charges. MasterCard and Visa are acceptable by our company.
Deposit For Guarantee

Upon picking up the vehicle, the company will pre-authorize 500 euros from the driver’s credit as a guaranteed deposit. The amount will be fully refunded if no extra charges are raised (e.g. car damages, lost key, etc) at the end of use. which will be fully refunded at the end of use, provided no other charges arise. Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Insurance

All authorized drivers are covered against damages Fire Damages to the vehicle, and Liability to Third Party death, injury, and property. Insurance upgradeability is available with an extra cost per day (collision damage waiver (CDW), loss damage waiver (LDW), additional driver, road assistance extension, ferry boat insurance cover).

Incident Administration FEE (IAF)

In case of an accident or/and violation of Greek traffic laws, the driver has an obligation to pay a non-refundable fee of €30 to cover administration expenses.

Traffic Fines

All fines resulting from the drivers’ conduct are borne solely by them.

Re-Charge Policy

There are no recharging fees when using chargers from our company.

Ferry Transportation

Allowed only with prior written approval and Ferry Boat Insurance Cover. Otherwise, the driver is liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during its transfer.

Road Assistance

In case of immobilization of an electric car due to low battery level, the driver will be charged a fee of €80, for the vehicle transportation to the company’s charging point.

Fleet Availability

The Company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved, with a similar or higher model type.

*The “Plus Car” service is only offered as a Room Upgrade and follows all the terms and conditions of the room reservation.

**Terms and conditions may change without notice due to compliance with Greek law.

Insurance
